ZTE Z998 Manual & Quick Start Guide

Hi heather! Check the battery if it still looks normal then try using a different charging cable, charging adapter, wall socket, and USB port. The problem may be in one of those.

My zte z998 is not charging but when I press the power button it is flashing red . What does that mean ?

Hi David. Can you please try using a different set of charger? Maybe the charger cable you are using is broken.

It's probably just there in your app drawer. If not, try installing a camera app from Google Play Store

Try re-installing it and let us know if it works after that.
