Hi Manoj. Please install a 3rd party camera app and try using it. I'm thinking it may just be the default camera app that's not working.

Hy. Unfortunately my mobile has just 10 months and has two problems. First the smesh speaker unglu and now the back buttom sttoped to operate. I would like to know if has one authorized service in Brazil? I would like to fix my Mobile because I like it a lot.

Did you do anything on the phone before that started happening? If you already tried restarting the phone and back button still won't work, I highly suggest having your phone checked.

Hi Thato. Did you install anything before that started happening? Also check the internal storage, make sure it's not full.

Hi there. Can you describe the earphone problem? Have you tried using other earphones? If I'm wrong and you're pertaining to the phone's earpiece, while in a call and not hearing anything, press volume up button. I'm thinking maybe you just accidentally pressed volume down on a previous call.
