Doro Primo 805 User Manual

Hi John. I downloaded the manual and is of no help. Can you check if the manual that came with the phone if it indicates what status symbols mean? Also, do you remember doing anything before that symbol started showing up? Sorry if I'm not much help.

It's a missed call!  No manual with phone; I had to download it, and as you say no help.  Doro support no help either!

Glad you figured it out and thanks for sharing it!

On your Doro 6520, go to Menu -> Settings -> Sound -> Tone setup -> Ringtone -> Ringtone -> User to select from your downloaded ringtones. As for Doro Primo 805, you can't use downloaded ringtones. Hope that helps.

Hi Vange. Doro Primo 805 uses a Mini SIM card.

Unfortunately, this phone doesn't seem to have the feature to use downloaded ringtones. The microSD card here is for your photos.

Try this . Music has stopped on my device .

Go to Settings  (press central button , navigate left til reaching Settings.

Click on Central button

Click User Profiles.

I  clicked Outdoor as I am partially hearing and need extra audio strength.

Click Options

Click Customise.    Here you can adjust the tones and volume. BUT  to stop the music scroll down to Power On     choose silent .  Then down to Power Off.  Then cover open and cover close  and press SILENT for both.

Note I saved each in turn.  Which meant going back in and out of the settings.

Also note I changed the settings for the same Silent mode for GENERAL as well as OUTDOOR.  To be sure of silence. This maybe something U experiment with .

Hope this helps.  USER PROFILES are very useful to gain the most from any phone. Ringing tones , volume etc

Hi Pamela. Press # button while entering text to enable predictive text.

Use the USB cable that came with phone. Plug it on your computer then the other end on your phone.
