I had this issue with when I plugged it into my computer it would just charge. Thanks to the helpful info on here I was able to put the micro sd card from my husbands phone into this phone. then plug into the computer and choose the "mass storage" option that came up. Then it pretty much was acting like it was a flash drive and I was able to get the pics onto my computer very quickly and easily. it is too bad they don't tell you that when you purchase the phone, I also couldn't find anything about retrieving pics in the user manual. oh well, I will be getting a new phone soon, hopefully I wont have any issue with this in the future. getting a smart phone now. :)

There is a way to do this even if you no longer have cell service or bluetooth. First, you must install a memory card. Then go into Pictures and open the drop down menu on the upper right corner. From that menu select copy and select what pics you're trying to get. Then copy to the Memory card (there'll be a tab for phone memory or memory card). Indicate that your directing the save to Pictures (and then Paste). It'll let you know it copied. Now using an USB cable connect your phone to a computer (your computer should recognize a connection has been made). An "Auto Play" menu appeared for me. From that menu I selected "open folder to view files" from there you can save pics onto your computer.

It has a very rudimentary form that only works well for sending messages. Open the address book application and on the top of the screen click on All Contacts and then select groups. them title your desired group and add the numbers you wish.

Try this:

1. Dial *#61# from your phone. Tap Send.

2. You should see a new screen that displays a bunch of information about what's getting forwarded. You should see a line under "Voice Call Forwarding" that says "Forwards to +11234567890" (where 11234567890 is an eleven digit phone number, likely different from your phone number). Write down this number and tap Dismiss.

3. Now, dial **61*+11234567890*11*XX# and hit Send, where 11234567890 is the number that you found in step two and XX is the number of seconds you want to wait until voicemail picks up. You can set it in increments of 5, where 30 seconds is the maximum.

Alternatively, you should be able to call AT&T or T-Mobile customer service and have them change it from their end, if you're uncomfortable doing it yourself. source

Are you pertaining to when there's a new message? Then yes, it does have.

Hi Carlos. You can just send a text message to someone else to remove the current text recipient on the list as there are no options to delete them.

If it's orange it means you have a message if it's gray it means you don't have any messages

Hi Steve. I suggest you download the manual that you can find in LG Xpression product page. The download link is on the right hand side of that page. After downloading, open the manual to page 42.

Check your phone settings for something like "Restrict My Identity". You could have accidentally set your phone number to be hidden or private.
