Hi. I am using exactly j5 prime which was bought in Malaysia. Now iam in india but my phone is not able to have Volte service which is imp for me while i am using Jio sim for free call. How can I make it possible??

Yep, should work with VoLTE in India, specifically with Jio.

1. Open Gmail
2. On the top left menu, press the menu icon
3. Tap Settings > General Settings
4. Check Conversation view.

Are you in a moving vehicle and have Wi-Fi turned on? Maybe it's notifying you of a Wi-Fi network you just passed by.

When you check your phone, are there any notifications? Check your emails and messages as well.

About phone there all is as j5 but I checked About IMEI no' in wap there showing your phone is J3 2016  Other all I checked as J5 in my phone it gnewe are fake pl inform thank you

Hi there. Samsung Galaxy J5 doesn't have fingerprint sensor. Though the latest version which is Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) has it.

Are you pertaining to the icons on the home screen? If so, try to tap and hold for a few seconds, then check if you can adjust the icon size. Works on most phones I tried.

Hi Steve. Open Phone app > Settings > Call rejection > Auto reject list. Let me know if you find it.

Hi Timi. When you check Contacts app, are the contacts you saved still there? Also, make sure there are no duplicates.
