“Well, that leaves one of the latest Sony Ericsson handsets, the T650, safely at the end of the gauntlet. This mobile will face the public's high expectations and, as far as we can guess, it will have no problems meeting them.We found the Sony Ericsson T650 to be a top-notch solution, able to meet most of your mobile needs, be it calling, texting, making pictures or listening to music - all that in an eye-catching form that won't go unnoticed wherever you go. Probably the only disappointment you may have with it, is the low quality video capturing capabilities - QCIF video at 15 fps just doesn't cut the mustard these days.So after all is said and done, you bet the Sony Ericsson T650 is more than enough to keep you busy while you are waiting for the next Sony Ericsson headliner - the five-megapixel Sony Ericsson K850.”
“From the release of T650, we can see that Sony Ericsson is trying to give people choices. They have long created phones focused on cameras, music, and business applications. Now it is time for something a little more well-balanced yet fashionable. If you don't like the T650's keypad design, choose the K770i. If you want everything slightly less advanced, you have the K550i.When trying to evaluate the T650, the outrageous design cannot be ignored. Whilst style is a subjective thing, what we are more concerned with is how the design affects the performance. We are pleased to report that the unusual shapes used on the T650 have not affected it functionality, though we are concerned somewhat with the durability of the cover materials. The semi-multitasking feature is definitely a big plus, and has improved the user experience dramatically, narrowing the gap between feature phones and smartphones. The overall performance of the Sony Ericsson T650 is reasonable. The camera, music player, and call functions are all up to par. The question is whether you are willing to pay the T650's hefty price tag. If it's all just about the looks and you have a couple of bucks to spare, the T650 is not a bad choice. I give it a Recommended rating.”
